Property Paralegal

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Property Paralegal to join a busy local authority based in the East Midlands

The position will be for 3 – 6 months; however there is scope for it to continue dependent on the workload and needs of the organisation.

It is essential for this role that you have recent experience working in a legal office and experience in the below areas.

• Conveyancing and Right to Buys
• Commercial disposals
• Commercial leasehold matters
• Land lord and tenant matters
• Voluntary Registration

You must also have the ability to handle your own caseload whilst assisting the senior team colleagues at various stages of there case work. If you have had a seat handling Commercial Property, this would also be beneficial.
