Fantastic US law firm based in the City is looking to recruit a new HR Administrator to provide a top class HR service to the London office. Responsibilities will include liaising with agencies to coordinate and arrange interviews, prepare contracts of employment and offer letters, enter new hires on to the HR system, maintaining personnel forms including next of kin details, assisting with the induction process and working with other support teams to achieve this, coordinating and tracking probation periods for new joiners, maintaining the holiday absence spreadsheet, providing administrative support for all London training sessions and assisting with the summer intern programme.  You will also be responsible for maintaining the database to track all employee benefits, track Business visitors from outside the EU, assist with the administration surrounding Right to Work documentation for each employee, provide support of the annual salary and bonus review process and any other duties as required.  Candidates should have a minimum 6 months HR experience from within a law firm and ideally be degree educated.  Standard hours are 9.30am to 5.30pm.
