They provide effective services at exception value to the region. They are now looking to add a Debt Recovery Paralegal/Legal Executive their Cheshire team.
The Role
Our client is seeking to recruit a Debt Recovery Paralegal/Legal Executive to join their Wilmslow team. The role will be offered on a full-time permanent basis. The role will be assisting in a range of debt recovery matters including recovery of rent arrears, alternative dispute resolution, representation at Court, insolvency proceedings, statutory demands, bankruptcy and winding-up petitions. The Candidate
You will:-
Be a Paralegal or Legal Executive;
Have experience in debt recovery matters;
Be experienced in a similar role;
Have good organisational and communication skills;
