Litigation Associate | Magic Circle Firm | London
A chambers ranked tier 1 Magic Circle firm is looking to welcome a stellar litigation associate into their disputes team in London. The firm's profile in the market is unrivalled and, consequently, you will be undertaking work of the highest calibre. You will be expected to exercise your ability to build on client relationships and develop your business area through effective practice and solution orientated advice.
The successful applicant will ideally have 2-5 years post qualification experience at a reputable firm and will be keen to:
- Take a lead role in advising the client under appropriate supervision
- Provide commercial and legal advice to the client
- Demonstrate thorough market knowledge to identify current trends and concerns in relevant industry sectors. Able to present ideas to the client to resolve current market issues and anticipate potential problems
You will have a broad range of experience and a keen interest in various aspects of litigation law, arbitration experience is desirable but not essential.
