Personal Injury Fee Earner sought for a Lexcel accredited practice in Lincoln.

They are staffed with a team of experienced lawyers who are skilled within their roles providing services tailored to suit individual client needs. They are now seeking an equally client focused Personal Injury Fee Earner to join their team. THE ROLE
We are now seeking a Personal Injury Fee Earner in Lincoln. This is suited to a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Paralegal with NQ to three years PQE within a Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence department. You will be well involved in all aspects of your caseload and the development of the firm, working well under minimum supervision and as a team player. The ideal Fee Earner will essentially have a law degree and have completed the legal practice course having excellent communication skills both verbal and written across all levels. The role is offered on a full time permanent basis.

THE CANDIDATE
You must be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Paralegal with NQ to three years’ PQE;
Expertise within a Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence department is essential;
You must have completed a law degree and the Legal Practice Course;
You will be IT literate with good use of case management system;
You will have good communication and client care skills;
You will be able to manage a diverse caseload working well to meet tight deadlines.
