Commercial Lawyer - Part Time (Pub Sec exp essential)

A newly created role is now available to work with a leading public sector body based in Surrey for a mid-level commercial lawyer with procurement contracts experience. This position is initially offered on a temp basis, working part time, 2-4 days per week. There is potential for the position to go permanent long term.



To be considered for this role you will be 3 years + PQE as a guide with previous experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, in particular procurement agreements. The position will initially report to the Head of Procurement and be the main point of contact for commercial legal matters.

Experience with OJEU contracts is essential for this role.
