The Role: Residential Conveyancer
Location: Bradford
Salary: £24,000 - £30,000 DOE
Contract Type: Permanent

Our client a CQS accredited firm based in multiple locations around Yorkshire is looking to recruit a Residential Conveyancer to join their dedicated property department on a full time permanent basis. The firm have become renowned for providing a high quality legal service to individuals and businesses across the Yorkshire region, and is looking for a team orientated, hardworking individual to complete their team.

This opportunity will enable the successful Residential Conveyancer to manage a full caseload of matters which will include: freehold and leasehold matters, shared ownership matter, plot sales and help to buy transactions. Due to the nature of this role the successful applicant must be familiar with the CQS standard and will be able to work to the LEXCEL legal practice rules.

Applications for this role will be considered from qualified solicitors, legal executives or licenced conveyancers who have gained at least 3 years' PQE who is technically strong and has experience managing transactions from cradle to grave.
