Legal 500 law firm in Basingstoke are looking for Residential Conveyancer to join their existing and highly regarded department.

The firm I am currently working with has been established in the market for over 30 years and has expanded to over 40 members of staff in this time. The firm provides a variety of services for both business and private clients including Corporate, Real Estate, Family, Dispute Resolution and Employment.

This position will be working within a growing team of both Qualified and Qualified by experienced Conveyancers and support staff. This department manage a variety of client files including High Net Worth transactions, Leasehold Extensions and Leasehold and Freehold transactions.

Ideally this firm is looking for a candidate who has a minimum of 4 years' experience managing an independent caseload of Residential Property files from initial instruction through to post completion. Candidates do not have to be Qualified to be considered for this position but they are required to have a wealth of experience working within Residential Property.
