Plot Sales Fee Earner
A Plot Sales Fee Earner is required for an exciting new opportunity with a Top 50 law firm based in Birmingham. Given the ranking of this firm as one of the leading property practices in the UK, the salary is very competitive and will be negotiable, depending on experience.
The Plot Sales team have an outstanding reputation in this area, working with some of the UK's foremost developer and housebuilder clients, and are trusted to handle a range of complex, major projects across every stage of the process.
Due to continued growth of this department, the firm are looking to appoint an ambitious, committed Plot Sales Fee Earner to join the team. The ideal candidate will have excellent technical knowledge of conveyancing and a wealth of experience in handling plot sales / plot purchases on behalf of developers. You should be used to working closely with developer clients, able to work to tight deadlines and proficient at providing an excellent service throughout the process.
