We are currently recruiting the role of Group Innovations Manager for a leading international law firm. The focus of the role is to lead the transformation of legal service delivery across the transactional services group.
You may have embarked on a career as a lawyer but wanted to take a different direction whist remaining in the legal industry, an interest in technology, process innovation and the delivery of new products and solutions.
Working closely with lawyers and clients to formulate strategy, design, develop and deliver innovative and transformative legal service delivery products and solutions, with a primary focus on new legal technology.
- Lead on the development and implementation of innovation strategies and programmes
- Manage the delivery of strategies including including the project team, testing, training, marketing metrics, feedback ...
- Identify clients and targets to market innovation strategies
- Monitor the legal tech market for developments of new products
- Champion live demonstrations of firm solutions including, marketing material, content for pitches and proposals.
- Good understanding of legal technology
- Strong project management / planning skills
- Ability to influence and advocate smarter ways of working
- Ability to manage multiple projects
