The firm are seeking a Conveyancing Paralegal to join their Residential Property department, based in Barnet in North London.
You will get exposure not only to Conveyancing but also to Private Client and some Commercial Property. The firm can offer you a route to qualification within a year and are seeking the type of candidate that wants to build a long-term career with them. This will be a hands-on role where you will work alongside a highly experienced Partner. The caseload will consist of Residential property, which will include; Sales and Purchases of freeholds and leaseholds, Transfers of equities, Landlord and tenant and Commercial Leases. You will also have an opportunity to get involved in client facing work and business development opportunities.
- You will ideally be a paralegal with some property experience. However, the firm are also happy to consider an ambitious LPC or LLB graduate with interest in property law seeking to start a career within a well-established firm.
- You should live within commuting distance of Barnet, North London
- You should have first-class communication skills
- Working well within a team is essential
- The salary on offer initially is up to £24,000 based on experience, company benefits, and a training contract.
