The firm has got a strong Contested Probate department and a Wealth Management department which acts for an HNW individuals also dealing with Trusts and Tax planning. These sub-departments complement the general private client department and feed lots of work into the team. You will join a friendly, professional and forward thinking team who have developed over the years a client base to boast of. You will deal with a client base consisting of private and HNW individuals. The caseload will be varied, which will make for an interesting role. You will deal with a caseload consisting of; Complex Wills, Estates, Trusts, Probate and Last Powers of attorney.
You will be a Private Client Solicitor with at least 3 years PQE (however applications are invited from the most experirenced of candidates due to the growth in the department). You will have good experience of dealing with a broad Private Client caseload. You should have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong client relationships. You may currently be working for a West End, Regional, Specialist or Legal 500 practice. Salary will be dependent on your level of experience although up to £60k, as mentioned above you will receive an industry leading benefits.
