The successful candidate will need to have prior experience working as a lead associate managing complex, high value M&A and other general cross-border corporate transactions together with strong Companies Act and other corporate law knowledge.
The team works for a wide range of clients across a number of sectors although is best known for its work in the energy and telecommunications sectors and in the Russian market.
