This practice is seeking a Commercial Property / Company Commercial paralegal to join their growing Commercial department.

You will join a busy department and can expect a broad caseload of high quality of work, dealing with National companies and SMEs. The caseload will include; Acquisitions and disposals, Investment, Commercial leases and Landlord & Tenant, company sales and purchases, share incentive schemes, commercial contract, restructuring and LLPs. The Commercial team is very forward thinking and fast paced, dealing with high value cases.

Due to expansion, this Commercial Property / Company Commercial paralegal role comes with excellent prospects for progression

• You will have at least one year experience working in a Commercial Department
• Prospect of a training contract for the right candidate
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential
• You will have a passion for working in the Commercial sector
• Meticulous eye for detail
• Salary is negotiable depending on experience
