Over the years, the practice has attracted Partners who come from Top 50 London firms, who are seeking a high quality of work, but more in the way of work-life balance. Their office is based within a picturesque location, in the heart of St Albans. They are deeply rooted in the local community, most of their work comes from referrals. They now have a headcount of close to 100 staff and are continuing to organically grow.

This firm is seeking a Business Development Executive to join their flourishing St. Albans, Hertfordshire, office

With such a rapidly growing portfolio the Firm now needs dedicated help with new business generation in respect of both larger commercial clients (typically with a turnover of £15m - £100m) and repeat users of Debt Recovery services with clients typically ranging from £50m to £500m in turnover).
The roles is envisaged to be split 50/50 between the development of new commercial client relationships and Debt Fast clients with approximately 1 day a week spent out of the office on field appointments in respect of the Debt Fa product.

This role comes with excellent prospects progression.

  • 5 years in a sales or BD role or similar
  • Experience in B2B sales and although it is not essential to have a professional services background it would be regarded favourably
  • Experience in a creditor services environment desirable but not essential.
  • An excellent eye for detail is essential
  • First class communication skills are a must
  • Salary is negotiable depending on your level of experience, coupled with an excellent benefits package
