Insolvency Lawyer

THE FIRM:

Our client is a top 100 London law firm which is highly rated by the legal directories.

THE ROLE:

A new role has arisen for a highly motivated insolvency lawyer to join an established team acting for companies, practitioners, creditors and financially distressed situations.

The core focus of the practice is on insolvency litigation, advising on all aspects of corporate and personal recovery.

THE CANDIDATE:

The successful candidate will have 3-7 PQE with a strong academic background (2:1 or above), with experience gained within a leading national or London law firm.

The candidate will possess a willingness to work on a variety of matters and have the ability to work both within a team on substantial document heavy cases and also to manage their own caseload.

Experience of liaising directly with clients and counsel is essential.

You will have a proven track record and be able to demonstrate sound experience of investigations, asset-tracing and recovery, including cross-border insolvency issues.

You will have a flexible and committed approach and be able to work under pressure, possessing exemplary communication skills (verbal and written).
