This firm are seeking a Solicitor/Legal Executive/Licenced Conveyancer to join their flourishing team in Tadley, Hampshire.

This will be a varied role where you will be an independent fee earner run your own caseload in a team of experienced fee earners and support staff under the supervision of the Head of Department. You will be working with a secretary and have good support from the partners and solicitors. This role will cover all aspects of Residential Conveyancing including re-mortgages, sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold property and transfers of equity.

• You will be a Solicitor/Legal Executive/Licensed Conveyancer in Residential Property
• You will have experience of working in a Residential Property department and running your own caseload
• You will have an interest in learning about aspects of Commercial property
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build long lasting relationships
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
