Major legal presence seeks experienced fund lawyer/PSL capable of gaining the respect and confidence of partners, lawyers and trainees in a professional support role.
THE ROLE
This is a visible PSL role and an integral part of the funds team. Duties include training, assisting with marketing initiatives, providing technical expertise in funds law and regulation, producing client briefings, current awareness and thought leadership.
THE CANDIDATE
You should have strong technical skills and knowledge including general funds, asset management, real estate, infrastructure, venture capital and institutional investment. In addition, this role requires excellent written and oral communication skills, enthusiasm, a confident and engaging presentation style and fee earning experience gained with a well regarded City firm.
