Compliance Assistant

The firm are seeking an Administrator to join their Legal Compliance team.

This will be an exciting and varied role, assisting the compliance team with archiving files and general administrative tasks. You will ensure that files that are ready for archiving are prepared following the file checking procedure and then archived using the case management system. You will also assist with the administration of the firm's Lexcel and Conveyancing Quality accreditation schemes as well as undertaking administrative and clerical support where necessary.

• The ability to deal with confidential matters with discretion
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Excellent organisation skills and strong attention to detail
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
• You will be based in the Coulsdon, Croydon office
• Salary of £16,000
