Private Client Head of Department

A well-established Legal 500 firm are looking for a highly experienced Private Client Solicitor to work very closely with the current Head of Department. The firm are seeking to recruit a Private Client Solicitor with excellent prospects of career progression.

As Head of Department you will be responsible for facilitating further growth and developing the team so strong managerial experience is essential. The Private Client Department deals with a range of Private Client work including Will drafting, Estate Administration, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Trusts, Court of Protection matters, Living Wills and Inheritance Tax Planning.

• You will have experience of managing a successful and busy team and proven track record of business development
• You will be an experienced Private Client Solicitor with at least 7 years PQE
• You must have excellent technical skills

This is an exciting opportunity for a Private Client to work alongside the Partners of a flourishing firm in Wokingham with the opportunity to input into the growth and development of the Department.
