Are you seeking a new Practice Manager opportunity with a dynamic, modern, and progressive firm? This firm is a full service commercial firm that are growing fast. They have two offices and now employ over 90 staff. They are a Legal 500 firm that believe in the traditional values of excellent service and value for money, with their clients appreciating their innovative, proactive and friendly approach to all their legal concerns.
The firm are seeking an experienced Practice Manager to join their team in Camberley, Surrey. There will be travel between the two offices.
The role will be varied and you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day to day running of the firm in respect of office facilities, health and safety and non-legal administration. You will be responsible for all of the firm's insurances and ensuring that Practice Certificates are renewed. You will also oversee any office moves and have overall responsibility for office maintenance. This role will involve the co-ordination and management of reception and admin staff.
- You will have experience of working in a law firm
- You will have proven organisational skills and strong problem-solving skills
- You will have experience of managing a budget
