The successful candidate will participate in general corporate and finance responsibilities, which may include such areas as the formation and set-up of Private Equity and Hedge Funds, and cross-border M&A and Joint Venture work on behalf of blue-chip clients

Requirements

To be successful in getting a work permit, you must be admitted to practice in the UK/Commonwealth with a minimum of 3+ years’ PQE, ideally gained from a top law firm in London

Excellent academics, outstanding technical and interpersonal skills, as well as an aptitude for business development are all pre-requisites for success
