This mid-tier accountancy firm is a specialist in real estate, media and hospitality work and is looking to take its marketing and business development to the next level. 

 

In this client relationship manager role you will be responsible for developing and driving forward the firm’s key account programme. You will analyse and identify the firm's key clients, and develop infrastructure and client plans, working with the partners to cross-sell, develop more touchpoints with clients and specific communications and marketing activities for key clients and specific sectors.  You will develop client listening and client feedback. You will analyse profitability and develop ways to improve this. This is a client facing role where you will work with the partners to develop relationship with clients. The role offers the opportunity to develop into a leadership role long term. 

 

This is a rare opportunity for a senior client relationship executive looking to take a step up into a manager role.  You will have experience of managing key clients and putting into place process and best practice for key account management.
