This mid-tier accountancy firm is a specialist in real estate, media and hospitality work and is looking to take its marketing and business development to the next level.
In this Senior Client Relationship Manager/Head of Client Development you will be responsible for developing and driving forward the firm’s key account programme. You will analyse and identify the firm's key clients, and develop infrastructure and client plans, working with the partners to cross-sell, develop more touchpoints with clients and specific communications and marketing activities for key clients and specific sectors. You will develop client listening and client feedback. You will analyse profitability and develop ways to improve this. This is a client facing role where you will work with the partners to develop relationship with clients. The role will be considered as a Senior Client Relationship Manager or Head of Client Development where you will head the small but growing marketing and business development function.
This is a rare opportunity for a client relationship manager role to take a step up into a leadership and strategic role. You will have experience of managing key clients and putting into place process and best practice for key account management.
