Experienced Corporate lawyers with public or private corporate experience sought to work on a freelance basis to provide professional support materials. You can be home based and work flexible hours.
THE ROLE
To draft standard documents and precedents, practice notes, checklists and other know-how resources.
ABOUT YOU
You should have at least 5pqe corporate transactional experience to include one or more of the following areas: Non-Code public M&A, other transactional or advisory work for Main Market or AIM companies (including Listing or AIM Rule compliance and market abuse issues), private equity and/or management buy-outs.
