A highly regarded Law firm based in the London is looking to recruit for its Clinical Negligence Team. The team provides advice to clients on the Claimant side, drawing on extensive experience with claims across all areas of medical treatment and recovering millions for clients over the years. The successful candidate will ideally have experience of dealing with a wide variety of clinical areas; Ophthalmology experience would be particularly useful
Skills and Responsibilities
- Clinical Negligence Solicitor
- 2 – 5 years PQE
- To keep clients constantly updated with progress and meet their deadlines
- To be fully involved in marketing and business development in a client focussed manner
- Organize and maintain tidy and accurate files both in hard copy and electronically
- To meet fee targets
- Ro provide support to the other fee earners within the department and to share knowledge as and when required
- To follow department procedures, the solicitor’s accounts rules and the Firm’s policies and procedures as detailed in the Office Manual, including Lexcel
- Undertake such duties and tasks that are appropriate
