Property Litigation 1+

Popular national firm seeks a property litigation lawyer, with a minimum of 1 pqe to bolster their London team.

Suitable candidates will have trained and gained experience at a firm known for their work in the real estate sector. The focus of the role will be on commercial property but familiarity with some elements of high end residential matters would be useful. Experience is needed in business lease renewals, including opposed renewals, advising on and serving break notices, dilapidations and other landlord and tenant matters.

Litigation handled by the team involves, fraud claims over property development, recovery of substantial commissions; performance of development agreements, warranty disputes and rectification. Clients extend from institutional landlords to owner managed businesses on both the landlord and tenant side.
