Private Client Solicitor

Are you a qualified solicitor that would like the opportunity to work for a Legal 500 law firm in Harrogate that has a real focus on the quality of private client work they offer?

You will be joining a private client department that has an excellent reputation within the market and has been recognised by both the Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners.

You will be based from their prestigious Harrogate city centre office where an established team of 11 who focus purely on private client matters. 

You will be responsible for managing your own caseload of high calibre private client work focusing on both every day and high net worth wills, estate administration, Court of Protection and trust files.  

You will need to be a qualified Solicitor and take an active interest in private client work. Previous experience of contentious Trust and Probate matters would be advantageous but not essential.  

The firm’s forward thinking approach offers the right candidate an opportunity to benefit from the latest industry technology, therefore a high level of IT acumen is essential as you will be expected to proficiently use their case management system to progress files.
