Commercial Property Solicitor

Are you a Commercial Property Solicitor who would like to develop your career by working for a Legal 500 firm in North Yorkshire? 

This is an exceptional opportunity to develop your career as a Commercial Property Solicitor working alongside two exeriecned partners in the firms Thirsk office. You will also be required to work at the York office on occasion which will enable you to build relationships within the core commercial property department.

You will be joining an established, recognised and well-respected commercial property team with a diverse caseload including agricultural freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, freehold sales and purchases, land registry applications and SDLT matters. You will also need to help grow and develop the firm's commercial and agricultural services.  

As a qualified Solicitor you will need 3 years’ experience as a Commercial Property Solicitor and the desire to develop your career further within commercial and agricultural property.

You will need previous experience in business development and some exposure to agricultural property would be highly advantageous.
