Our client is an multi-award winning firm in Leeds who, due to continued success and expansion, are looking for an experienced Conveyancer with over 1 year experience to join their really friendly team.
The firm is really busy and 2017 has been a really strong year for them already, continuing the year on year growth they have already experienced.
The role:
- Advising on the full range of residential conveyancing matters including
- Sale and purchase
- New build
- Mortgages and remortgages and;
- Transfers of equity
You should be:
- An experienced Fee Earner with at least 1 year carrying a residential caseload
- Able to title check
- Technically strong
- Have good experience of the full conveyancing process
