Corporate Solicitor

An Edinburgh corporate team has a great opportunity for a newly/recently qualified corporate solicitor to join its team.

The corporate team has expertise in corporate M&A, investment work, funds, commercial contracts, and has acted for start up's, PLC's and very high net worth individuals. They can offer exposure to some of the most interesting corporate finance work available, and with guidance from a highly experienced team the personal development and mentoring available is first class.

We are looking for a corporate solicitor with between NQ - 2 years’ PQE for this unique opportunity, and will also consider individuals coming up to qualification in September/October. At the more junior end of the spectrum, we are looking for candidates with at least one 6 month seat in corporate, gained at either a leading Regional or National practice. Solicitors with post qualified experience should be able to demonstrate exposure to corporate transactional work including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and exposure to private equity and finance work would be an advantage.
