In-house Employment Solicitor

I am currently recruiting to an in-house Employment Solicitor opportunity with a professional body based in the Home Counties.

I am keen to speak with candidates that seek a rewarding position within the growing team of a unique organisation. The successful applicant will report to the Deputy General Secretary and be responsible for:

• Providing comprehensive employment law advice regarding members to senior stakeholders
• Implementing legal strategy to ensure consistent provision of legal advice and support to members
• Providing advice on civil procedure and costs matters
• Designing and delivering in-house training on legal issues
• Other duties as required including reviewing commercial contracts, responding to government consultations and providing input at committee meetings
