I am working exclusively with a law firm who are expanding their Graduate Recruitment function and are looking to hire an Advisor to support the Manager with their Trainees' development. You would be joining a team full of energy and new ideas.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting with Graduate Recruitment Manager with seat rotations
- Coordinating requirements for any international secondments
- Involved in the trainee appraisal process
- Regularly meeting with trainees to discuss their needs and possible training and development
- First point of contact for any ER issues with the trainee population
- Ensuring compliance
To be considered for the role, you must have previous legal graduate recruitment experience OR have worked as an HR generalist within a law firm, been exposed to the graduate cycle and be looking to specialise within this space.
