Our client, a leading Lancashire law firm are seeking to appoint an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor with a minimum of 3 Years PQE to join their office in Preston City Centre to help grow and develop the Commercial Property department.
The role will involve handling your own caseload of Commercial Property matters from Instruction to Completion which will cover; Acquisitions & Disposals, Commercial Leases, Property Development & Investment and New Build Properties. You will be working alongside the Commercial Property Partner and providing support and assistance.
The successful candidate will possess a minimum of 3 Years PQE within Commercial Property and be comfortable working under minimal supervision. You will also be passionate about undertaking business development and attending networking events.
