An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced RTA MOJ Portal Paralegal/Fee Earner to join one of the region’s fastest growing and long standing RTA departments. The Personal Injury specialist firm, deal with an array of matters, including RTA, EL/PL, Industrial Disease, Clinical Negligence and Serious & Catastrophic Injury claims.
Their dedicated and fast paced RTA Portal department deals with all pre-litigated RTA claims through the MOJ Portal (stages 1, 2 & 3) and they are now looking for an experienced addition to the busy team!
You will be an RTA Portal Paralegal/Fee Earner with a minimum of twelve months' experience and you will be working as part of a dedicated team handling your own RTA Portal caseload (through stages 1-3).
You will have responsibility for your own caseload of RTA Portal matters throughout Stage's 1, 2 & 3 of the Portal process and you will be tasked with working proactively as part of a supportive and passionate team, with minimum supervision.
You will also be rewarded with a competitive salary, in line with previous experience, with a guideline of circa £20,000, plus an extensive benefits package.
Based in Merseyside, offering free onsite parking and/or a very convenient location for users of public transport.
