Our client, an award winning law firm are seeking to appoint a Commercial Property Associate to join their office in Manchester City Centre.
The role will involve handling your own caseload of Commercial Property matters; Acquisitions & Disposals, Property Finance & Development and Commercial Leases on behalf of Property Developers & Investors, SME's and Corporate Conglomerates.
The successful applicant will possess 1-5 Years PQE within Commercial Property and experience of Property Finance & Development would be advantageous. You will be able to demonstrate the ability to work well under pressure and have excellent communication and client care skills.
