An opportunity has arisen for a Real Estate Solicitor to join a Legal 500 regional firm for a rewarding role in Gerrards Cross. The firm has a large existing Property business that undertakes quality commercial and residential work. This role will gain exposure to both areas of property law; providing additional experience and scope to specialise. This is a progressive firm with leading individuals and an excellent reputation in the market.
The successful candidate can expect to join a large regional law firm the firm has a varied client base; from national and international organisations of all sizes, public sector bodies and also the Private Client. Due to the nature of the work, the firm generates excellent referral business and has several rankings in the legal 500 and Chambers listings.
For this role, our client is looking for an individual with at least 2 years PQE in Property law. You will be joining a large existing team with an established case-load were you can expect to service commercial and residential development property matters. The firm are looking for a proactive and ambitious individual with strong academics. You will be a personable individual who is looking for a long term career within a supportive and friendly environment.
