Are you a Corporate & Commercial Paralegal who is looking for an opportunity to move In-house? Or are you being overlooked and undervalued in your current role and feel a change is needed?
My client is an expanding finance company based in Southampton with a proven track record for success. The team are looking to hire an In-house Corporate & Commercial Paralegal to work alongside the Legal Counsel in the busy legal team. You will need to be able to provide a mixture of paralegal and administrative support dealing with all corporate and some commercial work; assist with company secretarial services, provide support on corporate transactions, post-completion administration and the general support to the in-house legal team.
Your role as a Corporate & Commercial Paralegal will involve:
- A varied workload from the outset of corporate and commercial matters
- Liaising with the senior management team
- Genuine opportunity to progress career
You must have 2+ years’ experience as a Corporate / Commercial Paralegal in order to apply for this role.
