The firm is seeking to recruit a new Commercial Property Solicitor to join the office based in the centre of Chelmsford, Essex.

The Commercial Property department consists of a team of three Solicitors. They deal with a high quality, interesting and varied client base consisting of SME, National companies and HNW individuals. The caseload will include; Acquisitions and disposals, Investment, Commercial leases and Landlord & Tenant.

• You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor with at least one years PQE (there is no upper limit as they are looking to hire at both the junior and senior levels)
• The firm can offer excellent prospects with a route for progression.
• You should have good technical knowledge and the ability to deliver excellent client service
• Salary is above market rate and negotiable depending on your level of PQE
