The firm is recruiting for a Commercial Property Senior Associate / Partner to join their flourishing West End office.

The firm now stands at 85 staff and are in the process of undertaking some succession planning. They are a full multi-service firm, although the Commercial Property department is small, they do not actively market the department, through fear of receiving too much work. For this reason, using their first-class database there is such a good opportunity for the right candidate. You will work alongside a Partner and a junior lawyer, dealing with a broad client range on work that includes; Acquisitions and disposals, Commercial Leases, Investment, Development and Landlord & Tenant.

Given the nature of this role, there are excellent prospects for progression, it would suit someone looking for Partnership or perhaps a lateral move.

• You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor with at least six years PQE (there is no upper limit on the amount of PQE)
• You will be based in the flourishing West End office
• You should have a broad background in Commercial Property
• You should have a good billings history
• Experience of developing new business is essential
• Salary is very negotiable depending on your level of PQE, plus an exceptional, lucrative bonus structure.
