Real Estate Solicitor 5pqe+Our client is a c50 partner firm with offices in London, the Midlands and North. It has a busy real estate team acting for clients mainly but not exclusively in the Health Sector. A real estate solicitor with 5pqe+ and good general experience is sought to join the team. Work includes dealing with commercial leases, development agreements, and acquisitions and disposals. You should be able to run transactions and oversee work of juniors. While experience of the Health sector is desirable it isn't essential.
