An excellent Top 100 Law Firm is looking for an IT Support Engineer to provide 1st & 2nd line support as well as ad hoc training for the firm.

You will answer the Service Desk phone, conduct fault resolution and user training remotely or deskside, follow change management process, manage all incidents, perform 1st/2nd line fault resolutions and assist with 3rd line fault resolution. Furthermore you will carry out project work, setup meeting rooms, so knowledge of working in legal services is essential and you will need good knowledge of all software and network technology. Shift work is required (between 8.00am – 7.00pm), some overtime and on-call rota may be required
