The Role

Our client is seeking to recruit a Company Commercial Lawyer to join their Cambridgeshire team. The position is offered on a full-time permanent basis with flexible working arrangements. Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors with three or more years’ experience in company commercial matters. The Candidate

You will:-
Be a qualified Solicitor;
Have at least 3 years’ experience in a wide-range of primarily non-contentious commercial law;
Possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal matters in clear, accessible language;
Be a confident decision maker, able to advise across the board including advising on risk, compliance and cross-border matters (including issues raised by Brexit).
