The Company
A leader in the UK telecoms space and a household brand name is currently seeking to hire an exceptional corporate/commercial lawyer with a view towards strategically expanding and diversifying the wider business. They have an impressive vision and are in the process of taking a massive step forward in their development.
The Role
The role reports into the Head of Legal on the commercial side of the business and requires frequent interaction with senior stakeholders.
You will be joining a high calibre team and have the opportunity to take on an exciting breadth of corporate/commercial work. You will be the lead Lawyer on many key corporate and commercial and technology projects; including joint ventures, partnerships, in-sourcing, out-sourcing, procurement, services and wholesale arrangements. You'll also provide strategic direction and ongoing support for key partnership arrangements.

Required Experience
The ideal candidate will possess strong corporate/commercial experience and come from a law firm of good standing. You will have 2-5 years of post-qualified experience whilst hopefully looking to broaden your role and make the move in-house. We would also welcome applications from commercial lawyers wishing to be more closely involved with their company's strategic corporate objectives.
