Our Client is looking for a junior legal counsel to join their team based in Watford.
Client Details
Our Client is a well known scientific / built environment organisation.
Description
Drafting commercial contracts plus general advisory.
Interaction with commercial stakeholders form an early stage.
Profile
The successful candidate will be likely to be a UK Qualified lawyer with at least 2 years of post qualification experience. Lawyers from other commonwealth jurisdictions, with good UK experience and who do not require sponsorship will also be considered.
They will have expertise in drafting commercial contract as well as working with intellectual property matters.
In house experience is not a pre-requisite but it will be looked upon favourably.
