DEBT RECOVERY SPECIALIST - 6 MONTH FTC

Our well known in house client has a unique opportunity available for a Debt Recovery Specialist to join the team on a 6 month fixed term contract based in the Northern Home Counties.

We are seeking candidates with the following attributes:

Qualified to Legal Executive, Paralegal or equivalent level
Extensive post qualified experience managing complex recoveries cases and key stakeholders within a construction, insurance or legal sector.
Commitment to 'professional excellence', you need to have an in-depth understanding of civil litigation including Pre Action Protocol, the CPR and costs, debt recovery and insolvency
Strong communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to influence at senior levels. You will be assertive and ready to challenge experts. You must be able to manage multiple stakeholders - consumers, builders, and regulator; plus collaborate with internal teams.
Integrity and accountability
Capable and competent at managing a case load of high value and complex cases while 'delivering a successful business.'
A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and have an understanding of financial statements and settlements
