Wills and Probate Associate Solicitor

We are currently recruiting for a Solicitor to join our Wills, Tax, Trusts and Probate team based in the Sheffield office.

The successful applicant will be responsible for all aspects of Wills, Tax, Trusts and Probate. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious lawyer to work as part of a growing team as well as a wider national team who collectively are experts in every aspect of private client work and nationally recognised as leaders in their respective fields.

Responsibilities of the role:

• Drafting wills, trust deeds and deeds of variation

• Advising clients on inheritance tax matters

• Providing the highest level of client care, advice and representation to our clients

• Building relationships with internal and external parties;

• Complying with National Practice Standards

Requirements:

• 2yrs+ PQE experience within the specific area of law;

• STEP membership is encouraged, although not essential

• The ability to successfully manage an individual billing target and case load

• Experience of working to key performance indicators

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain good working relationships, both internally and externally
