Residential Conveyancer / Solicitor

Our client, a Legal 500 firm with offices throughout Cambridgeshire and Bedfordshire are seeking to appoint a Residential Conveyancing Legal Executive/ Licensed Conveyancer/ Solicitor with at least 3 Years experience to join their office in Cambridge.

The role will involve handling your own caseload of Residential Conveyancing matters from Instruction to Completion. The caseload will consist of; Sales & Purchases, Re-Mortgages, Residential Leases, Transfer of Equity, Right to Buy and Shared Ownership.

The successful applicant will possess a minimum of 3 Years experience within Residential Conveyancing as either a Solicitor/ Licensed Conveyancer/ Legal Executive. Additionally you will possess excellent communication skills and able to demonstrate the ability to work well under pressure and prioritise your caseload.
