Our client is a leading international law firm who have a network of offices across the globe, predominantly providing legal services in corporate, finance, litigation, real estate and tax. They are looking to recruit an experienced property litigation lawyer to cover a period of maternity leave.
The property litigation team cover a wide remit of work for their clients, who include property developers, owners, property institutions and retails. The work includes: rent reviews; dilapidations; forfeiture of leases; service charge disputes; landlord & tenant disputes; real estate related insolvency; trespass; JV disputes; rights of light, amongst other areas.
You will have at least 3PQE in property litigation with your training and experience gained with a city or large regional practice. You will be someone with a commercial outlook and strong technical experience in property litigation matters.
