Our client, a unique business operating within the Fin-tech sector are recruiting for an in house Paralegal to join their legal team based in Oxford.

Description
As the in house Paralegal you will be providing legal & administrative support to the wider legal team. You will be involved in reviewing and drafting various legal documents including contracts and letters. You will be tasked with carrying out various pieces of legal research using Westlaw and PLC. You'll also be involved in the customer complaint management process. As well as assisting on the legal side you will also be required to help on the compliance and corporate governance side which will include board minutes and filings with companies house.
Profile
The ideal Paralegal will have at least a 2:1 at degree level and ideally be able to demonstrate some prior experience within a commercial setting. In house experience would be advantageous but is not essential as candidates from a private practice background who can demonstrate corporate or commercial experience are encouraged to apply.
Job Offer
A salary of £18,000 - £25,000 as well as bonus plus pension, private healthcare and 25 days holiday are on offer to the successful candidate.
